Silicon Valley Code Camp Agenda Announced 24 Hours Ago, 193 Sessions!!!

It has been a very busy week for the Silicon Valley Code Camp planners.  We now have 193 sessions posted with times.  5 sessions on Saturday October 9th and 4 sessions on Sunday October 10th.     It’s looking like about 25 sessions will be running concurrently at all times.  For those of you that did not get your email (or it was blocked for some reason), I’m attaching it to this post below.

Email To All Registered For Code Camp

Our Schedule is ready!  Now, we need your help to let us know which sessions you plan to attend so we can allocate rooms based on the number of people interested in each session.  We cannot guarantee seating for everyone in every session, but if you all carefully go through the Sessions Page and choose the radio button [Will Attend] for each session you plan on attending, it will help us a lot.  We have added some filtering tabs to the session’s page to make it easier to pick now by looking at just one time slot.

To automatically log in to the site and select which sessions you are planning on attending, go to the following URL:   http://www.siliconvalley-codecamp.com/Sessions.aspx.  The site only allows you to select 1 session for each time so pick your favorite.  If you pick another one in the same time slot, the first will be removed automatically for you.

To see an overview of the schedule for all days in a much more concise format, you can view the Session Overview at http://www.siliconvalley-codecamp.com/SessionsOverview.aspx.

Will still need more volunteers so if you can help us, please go back to the registration page and mark on the bottom a checkbox letting us know you would like to volunteer, even for just an hour or 2 during camp.  If you do this, we will contact you soon and let you pick a shift to volunteer for.
Finally, and most important, Spread the Word!  I can’t emphasize that enough.  We get the greatest speakers in the world because you all come to hear them. Tell your co-workers, post code camp on your internal web site, stand on a corner with a sign!  Whatever works, just please spread the word.
See you in 17 days!
